We saw that patient's records were detailed in respect of discussions about treatments available, the benefits, risks and costs. Records showed that people were involved in making decisions about their treatment.
Staff were trained to safeguard adults and children from the risk of abuse and people we spoke with told us that they felt safe using the service.
The practice was seen to be clean and there were robust procedures in place to minimise the risk and spread of infections.
Staff were trained and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and effectively and there were excellent systems in place for regularly monitoring, assessing and improving, where necessary the quality of services provided to patients.
