During a routine inspection

During this inspection on 15 August 2013, everyone we spoke with said they were happy with the service they received from the provider. One person told us. "This is an amazing practice. This is by far one of the best one's I've been to. Everyone is very friendly." Another person said. "They are brilliant. They are really helpful. If I have any problems they try to resolve it instead of focusing on making money."

People had comprehensive individualised treatment plans in place, and the provider had effective systems to protect people from the risk of treatment related infections was minimised.

The provider had systems in place to protect people from the risk of abuse and to monitor the quality of service provision.
