During a routine inspection
We found that there were suitable arrangements for obtaining people's consent for the care and treatment provided to them. People told us that they were always asked for this and their medical history asked for or updated. One person said the dentist 'always had time for you when you were in the chair' meaning that they were listened to.
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance was followed. One person told us that the surgery was always 'spotless' when they visited.
