During a routine inspection
Patients told us that they felt the dentist respected their opinions and felt that were fully involved in the decisions made about their dental care regime. They also told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of the treatment provided at the practice and felt confident that any issues of concern or complaints would be addressed to their satisfaction. Comments included, 'I am one hundred percent satisfied, the reception staff are very good and the dentist is brilliant, and, 'I have always been satisfied. I cannot fault the service.'
We found that the practice had a clear infection control policy that staff were adhering to. We also found that staff were provided with the opportunity to develop their skills and undertake appropriate training to help deliver a safe and effective service to their patients.
