During a routine inspection
When people first attended the service they were asked to complete a medical history questionnaire which asked for appropriate details such as any medications people were taking or allergies that they had. The person that we spoke with described the service as "very good". In the patient feedback people 'fully agreed' that they were "well treated".
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
Staff undertook the Continuing Professional Development training necessary to maintain their professional registrations. This included mandatory training in appropriate topics such as infection control and what to do in a medical emergency, as well as training specific to the services provided such as aesthetic veneers.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others.
