During a routine inspection

We spoke with four patients during the visit and they said they did not have to wait long for an appointment. They all confirmed the dentists had explained their treatment plan and costs. We saw that patients were asked to check and sign their medical history forms at each visit to ensure the dentist had current information about their health needs.

One patient told us they lived far away but still came to the dental practice as it provided a good service. Another patient told us the dental practice was clean when they visited it. Two patients said their family members had been coming to the dental practice for many years and they spoke highly of the services provided. Two patients confirmed their relatives could attend the dental practice as the dentist spoke the person's preferred language.
