During a routine inspection
People also told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff. They said the practice was kept clean and staff observed their right to privacy. We saw staff spoke politely to people and carried out consultations in a designated room. We saw there were enough qualified staff who treated people in a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable way. There were effective infection control and feedback systems in place. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Detailed assessments were carried out with each patient before any treatment was carried out with them. People told us that prior to their treatment everything was clearly explained to them and this enabled them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
