During a routine inspection
People said, 'The practice was very clean and tidy'. One person said, 'The light handles are covered with cling film which is changed between patients.'
The majority of the people we spoke with said they were aware of how to make a complaint. However, they have never had the need to make one.
We found the service had procedures in place to protect people from the risk of abuse. The service operated in a clean environment to prevent the spread of infection. People were looked after by staff who were appropriately recruited. There was a procedure in place to ensure complaints were responded to appropriately.
