During a routine inspection
People told us they did not have to wait too long for appointments and that they were welcomed in a friendly manner. Some of their comments included 'I know how long it (the treatment) will take and how many visits I need.' And 'I have toothache. I rang this morning and have been fitted in immediately. I can't ask for better.'
All the people told us they had always found the practice to be clean and hygienic. We too found this was the case.
People told us the staff were competent and they trusted their judgements. One member of staff told us their recruitment process was thorough, although records held at the practice did not evidence this well.
The service carried out checks in order to keep the quality of the service under review. People we spoke with said they had been asked to comment on the service, comment cards and a book were available at the service for people to complete.
