During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. One patient told us, "I get a great level of service here. I moved out of the area but would never consider moving dentists. I cannot fault the practice at all." Patients told us they had no difficulty when making appointments. One patient told us, 'Appointments are quick and easy to book and the text message reminders are really useful.'
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others.
