During a routine inspection

During our visit to this practice on 24 January 2012 we spoke with four people who were waiting to see the dentist or the hygienist. They all told us that they were treated well and were involved in their care. One person said 'I have been seeing this dentist for over 40 years, even when he was at the other place (a reference to his previous surgery). He is wonderful, he always tells me what he is doing and makes suggestion that will help me'. Another person told us that the dentist had spent a long time getting things 'just right' for them as they had a medical condition which had adverse effects on their teeth.

It was clear from the conversations that we had that people felt safe and trusted the staff working at 56 Adelaide Square. They were also confident that the surgery was kept clean throughout.
