During a routine inspection
People said they were fully involved in decisions about their treatments and the dentist was very good at explaining the treatment they received.
Everybody we spoke with told us staff were friendly, approachable and professional. People told us if they had any concerns or complaints they would discuss them with members of staff, the practice manager or the dentist.
All the people we spoke with told us that they did not have to wait long to book routine appointments. They also told us that sometimes the waiting times when at the practice were quite long, however they said that they were always kept informed about the delays.
One person told us they were, 'Happy with the dentist and the treatment received'. They also told us, 'The dentist offered good standards of explanation with treatments that were provided' and 'The dentist recommended best practice that was personal to me'. Another person told us that they, 'Are always made to feel comfortable, supported and the dentist and staff understood their dental needs'.
People we spoke with told us that the practice was always clean, tidy and they had no concerns with the hygiene.
