During a routine inspection
We found the practice was clean and arrangements had been made to reduce the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the practice was clean and staff always wore protective clothing when treating them. One person said, 'They've made lots of improvements to the surgery; I've no qualms about the hygiene conditions and standards of cleaning at this surgery.'
Staff had accessed various training so they could meet people's needs and maintain their qualifications. Patients were very complimentary about the staff. They said the staff were friendly, easy to speak to and always helpful. One person told us, 'All the staff here are lovely and kind, they are an excellent team.'
The practice had systems in place to assess and monitor the quality of service provided. People told us they had no concerns with the quality of care and treatment they received. Patient survey results suggested high levels of satisfaction with the practice.
