During a routine inspection
We saw evidence that patients were given a written treatment plan showing the costs involved, and that all treatment options had been explained to them. This demonstrates that patients were involved and able to give an informed decision. We spoke with two patients who confirmed that they "always understood" and that the dentists and staff were "helpful and listened". Thus people were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment.
We also looked at patient feedback gathered through surveys and comment forms and noted many favourable comments. One person said "Top class" and another said "Dentist has a calming effect".
