During a routine inspection
The results of the patient satisfaction survey were available and patient responses showed a very high level of satisfaction with the care, treatment and facilities provided by the dental practice.
People said they were fully informed about the medical findings and the treatment options available to them. One respondent to the patient survey wrote 'the dentist shares his medical findings and involves his patient in making decisions about the preferred treatment'.
Patients said they liked the refurbished premises. Other comments made included "it was a clean, pleasant environment".
