During a routine inspection
We were told that staff were friendly, and gave appointment times to suit people ' 'after school for the children, in the morning for me.'
Two people said they thought the facilities were better for private patients. We found that both NHS and privately paying patients used the same waiting room and treatment rooms.
Eleven dentists work at this practice, nine of whom work under an NHS contract. The practice had expanded and had established one treatment room in a building two doors away. There was level access via a ramp to the main entrance, but two small steps at the entrance to the separate building.
