During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people who all spoke highly of the service they received. We observed two people receiving treatment and saw that the dentist gave explanations before and during treatment. We saw that the dentists discussed any relevant changes in the person's health during their consultation.
We saw that the surgery looked clean and well maintained and that staff were aware of their responsibilities to in relation to hygiene and infection control.
We found that the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
