Well-led
We found this practice was providing well led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance. The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breach we found at our inspection on 4 March 2024.

Governance, management and sustainability
A sharps risk assessment was available. Control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH) substances were stored securely. COSHH storage areas were signed appropriately. Risk assessments and safety data sheets were available for every COSHH identified substance. The clinical waste bin was tethered to a fixed point to prevent unauthorised removal from the practice property. The accident book was GDPR compliant. Completed accident book records were placed in secure storage.
