During a routine inspection

During our visit, we spoke to four patients and one told us; "It's convenient and the dentist is quite reassuring. I'm not good at coming to the dentist but she reassures me'. Another patient told us; "It's a good practice and its always very clean."

We spoke to the staff who told us that they enjoyed working there and that they provided a good service to their patients.

We looked at the cleanliness of the surgery and the safety processes that they have in place to protect the health of their patients. We looked at the support processes in place for the staff and we looked at their complaints procedure.
