During a routine inspection
People who used the service said that they felt involved in their treatment and that this was explained to them in detail. People said they felt able to ask questions about their treatment to ensure they knew what to expect. They said the surgery was 'very clean' and that they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the waiting area or consultation room. We saw staff interacting with the people who used the service, throughout our visit and they were friendly and professional towards them.
