During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the service provided and that their dignity was maintained and their privacy protected. They said that they were encouraged to ask questions and they felt that staff had the time to answer them. People reported that staff were good at discussing all their treatment options with them. One person told us, "My dentist is fantastic, all of the staff are wonderful. I've been coming here for years, it's always clean and my dentist talks through the different options with me, he shows me what he is going to do by drawing pictures and showing me on the computer". Another person told us "I've been here once before, the staff have all been friendly and helpful, they're very patient orientated. I've not needed any treatment but other family members have and they've been very satisfied with the treatment they received".

We found that the practice listened to patients and care and treatment provided was

recorded.

Overall we found that the practice had good systems in place for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene was maintained, that staff were adequately supported and there were quality monitoring arrangements in place. We did discuss some minor points with the provider at the end of our inspection and were assured that these points would be addressed.
