During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us they were happy with the dental treatment provided by the practice. One person said they had been with the surgery for some years and never had any reason to complain. They described the staff as 'always polite and very helpful.' '(They) make you feel like a friend,' said one person we spoke with. 'All the staff here, especially the practice manager are very caring,' said another person we spoke with.

We found that the people who used the service were involved in their care planning and received treatment which was based on an assessment of their needs. Staff received suitable training and were supported in their professional development. Appropriate infection control practices were followed, and clinical and other records were stored securely.
