During a routine inspection
We looked at the paper and computer care records for five people. We found the records contained information including discussions about a person's treatment to ensure that they had the treatment that was acceptable to them.
Systems and equipment were in place to ensure that people were treated in a clean and hygienic environment, with a separate decontamination room that was restricted to staff only. The people who completed a questionnaire told us that the practice was clean and that they were asked to wear protective equipment such as goggles and an apron.
