Well-led
We found this practice was providing well led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance. The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breach we found at our inspection on 13 May 2024.

Governance, management and sustainability
At the assessment on 26 June 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation: The provider had made improvements to the oversight of the practice which ensured that information about systems and processes was readily available, and this was now embedded in the day to day running of the practice. Improvements had also been made to fire management and the fire alarms were now being tested weekly. The emergency lighting had been recently serviced and was being checked on a monthly basis. Improvements had also been made to the management of medicines. NHS prescriptions were now being monitored to prevent fraudulent misuse, and there was effective stock control of antibiotics which were dispensed from the practice. An antibiotic audit was now being completed whenever antibiotics were prescribed or dispensed. Additionally, the practice had appointed a laser protection advisor, had completed a laser safety report and any actions arising from this assessment had been completed.
