During a routine inspection
They all said they were happy and satisfied with the care and treatment they had received. They told us that they were given sufficient information about their treatment, costs and that on each visit any changes to their medical history was checked. They commented that appointment times were flexible.
They felt that staff were approachable, polite, welcoming, respectful, caring and reassuring. They felt that their privacy and confidentiality was promoted.
People told us they were not aware of a complaints procedure. They told us that if they had any concerns or complaints they would feel able to raise it with the registered person.
People told us that they felt the surgery was clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
