During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. All three people we spoke with told us they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they received. One person told us, 'I don't think I could get a better service anywhere else.' Another person said, 'Care is brilliant, the dentist has been good.'
People were treated in a clean, hygienic environment. The people we spoke with told us they had no concerns with the hygiene. One person told us, 'It is always clean and tidy.' Another person said, 'There is a good standard of hygiene.'
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.
There was an effective complaints system in place. Complaints people made were responded to appropriately. People told us if they had any concerns or complaints they would discuss them with staff members and they were confident of using the complaints system.
Patient questionnaires showed there was a high level of satisfaction with the practice.
