During a routine inspection
We saw and all of the patients told us they found the practice to be clean so that patients received treatment in a hygienic environment. We found evidence of this in patient feedback surveys.
We found the provider was following essential requirements for decontamination of dental instruments so that patients can be confident that the instruments are clean and safe to use.
The staff told us the provider supported them in their professional development so that they were supported to gain the knowledge and skills to do their job.
We found the patient records to be fit for purpose and stored securely so patients can be confident that their personal information is retained safely.
