During a routine inspection
We found that the provider was meeting all the standards we reviewed during our visit. People's privacy and dignity was respected and they had been involved in decisions about their treatment. We noted that people had a treatment plan, which they had signed to give their consent. There was an infection control system in place to ensure that the practice followed Department of Health guidance. Staff had been given relevant training for their role. There were systems in place for assessing and monitoring the quality of the service.
