During a routine inspection
Each of the people who used the service agreed to our looking at their patient records so that we could verify aspects of our inspection. There were two members of staff available on the first day of inspection and we also spoke to each of them.
During our inspection we were told that most people who used the service were treated under NHS provisions although private consultations were also available. The practice served people from the surrounding area many of whom were families and hence it provided care for both adults and children. When we spoke to people who used the service they told us that they thought the service was 'excellent' ' 'it does what it says on the tin'.
