During a routine inspection
They said they had received a better service than from their previous dental practice. They told us, 'It's an excellent service, the extra care and attention you get is worth it'.
The person we spoke with told us it had been very easy to make an appointment. The dental practice had called before the appointment to remind them of their appointment time.
They said they had been able to make appointments which suited their needs and their appointments had always been on time.
The person we spoke with told us they had felt involved in decisions about their treatment. The dentist advised of the treatment options available and a decision had been made together on the best way forward.
They said they had felt able to ask questions and express their own views.
They told us that the environment always appeared clean and tidy and staff wore protective equipment such as gloves and masks when treating them. They said they were asked to wear a protective eye shield and apron when receiving treatment.
