During a routine inspection
People said the treatments had been explained and examples shown to them, so they could understand what would happen and the timescales for treatment. People we spoke with expressed their satisfaction with the care and treatment they or their relative received. People told us the staff were friendly, approachable and listened to what they had to say. People confirmed they could get an emergency appointment when needed.
Comments made by people at the time of inspection included 'what they did for me was very good and I feel great', 'the dentist is very approachable', 'they are lovely and make you feel at ease and comfortable coming in' and 'they are very polite and always have a happy disposition'.always very professional and willing to listen.'
People told us the practice was always clean and tidy, 'spotless'. People said a dental nurse was always present in the surgery when they received treatment. People confirmed they would be confident to raise any concerns they might have and felt these would be addressed.
