During a routine inspection
We observed a patient journey from arrival to departure from the clinic for one patient. We also observed one patient receiving treatment in the treatment room. At all times the patient was treated with dignity and respect and communication with the patient was good.
The three patients we interviewed advised us that their treatment options and costs and possible outcomes of their treatment had been fully discussed with them. We noted that all the patients we interviewed would recommend the practice to a friend.
We talked individually with four members of staff who reported they felt fully supported in their professional lives by the provider.
People's personal records including medical records were accurate and fit for purpose.
We examined the records of six patients. We saw that the patient records contained full and contemporaneous notes.
