During a routine inspection
There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. We saw that the practice had emergency drugs and oxygen available which may be needed to deal with any medical emergencies should they arise. The emergency drugs and oxygen were checked regularly.
We saw that the practice had effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. One person we spoke with said "This place is always very clean".
The compliance manager was able to demonstrate that regular compliance audits were conducted. Records showed that the last compliance audit took place on 8 August 2013.
