During a routine inspection
We spoke with four patients, all of whom had been visiting the practice for at least three years. They told us staff were helpful and always treated them respectfully. They said they were very satisfied with the practice and did not have any concerns or issues about the treatment they received. Comments included: "I'm very satisfied with the treatment I receive" and "It's easy to get an emergency appointment; they will usually fit you in the same day."
There was evidence that the provider sought the views of people using the service.
We saw the practice was clean and there were effective systems in place to prevent and control infection and deal with medical emergencies.
The practice had satisfactory policies and procedures in place for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults from abuse. These included checks on staff prior to employment.
