During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us they were involved in the decisions about their treatment. They told us that treatment options were explained clearly and they were given treatment plans when necessary. They told us they were treated with respect and dignity. Comments included 'I have the best dentist, he's kind and gentle', 'The dentist explains what needs to be done and the options available, I trust him'.

People told us their dentist always made sure they were happy before any treatment was provided and they were made comfortable.

People told us they found the practice to be clean and hygienic.

People told us they trusted their dentist and were regularly asked for their view and comments on how the practice could be improved.

This practice does not currently have a manager registered with the CQC at this location, as required by their registration. One of the directors of the practice that was present during the inspection provided written assurance after the inspection that an application was being progressed.
