During a routine inspection
We looked at patient's notes, plans of care and records of their medical history and found them suitable for purpose. We assessed the practice's arrangements for dealing with emergencies and found them appropriate.
The practice was clean and hygienic and there was suitable equipment and processes for decontaminating instruments. There were arrangements with a sub-contractor for the disposal of clinical waste and dangerous chemicals.
The equipment used by the practice was maintained by suitable companies. The practice commissioned regular surveys by experts in the safe management of X-Rays and took notice of their recommendations.
