During a routine inspection
People told us that the dentist had asked about changes to their health before commencing treatment. One person explained, 'They go through it. Changes to your medication and things'. People said that before a course of treatment the dentist had explained it to them and they had signed their treatment plan to demonstrate their consent. They said they had been satisfied with the treatment provided. One person told us they had received, 'A thorough examination'. People told us they had been provided with information about how to care for their teeth in general and following their treatment. They also confirmed that fees had been explained to them, with one person explaining, 'You get a receipt as well'.
None of the people we spoke with had any complaints about the practice. They said they would not hesitate to raise any concerns they had. One person told us they would raise concerns, 'Through reception' and another, 'They have a suggestions box'.
