During a routine inspection
We will refer to the provider throughout the report as the dentist.
People we spoke with about their treatment and experience of the service provided at the Family Dental Centre were positive.
People told us they were made to feel welcome,staff were respectful and supported them when they felt nervous. They told us the practice was always clean and fresh and they felt comfortable even though they were apprehensive.
We spoke direct to some people on the phone after our visit.Some people filled in questionnaire to us tell their views.
Comments included:
" I am quite happy with the service,can not fault it. They tell me what is going on and ask my option''.
" They are very punctual with their appointments which make it easier for me, because I get a bit nervous''.
