During a routine inspection
Seventeen questionnaires were returned to us from people using the service.
People told us that they were happy with the service provided. All treatment was discussed with them before any was given..
Direct comments included:
'Appointments are prompt and if they are running late they apologise sincerely''.
'The staff are professional, polite and accommodating. They are extremely helpful''.
'They explain my treatment and the option available to me''.
"They are friendly and supportive''.
'The receptionist and the dental make me feel very welcome. The staff are very friendly''.
The information we obtained from our contact with people and the surveys returned to us, told us in general people were happy with the treatment they received.
