Patients spoken with told us they were happy with the treatment they received. They said the staff team were friendly and they were treated with respect. They confirmed they were provided with treatment options and told about the costs of treatment before they commenced.
One patient spoken with said they would prefer not to have to wait too long after their appointment time. They told us that on one occasion their treatment began 40 minutes late.
One patient told us they could hear conversations between the dentist and a patient whilst they were sitting in the waiting room. This was because the surgery door opened and closed as dental nurses moved in and out.
Patients spoken with said they felt able to raise complaints with dental staff if they needed to.
Patients spoken with said the practice was clean and tidy.
