During a routine inspection

During our visit to Great Eccleston Dental Surgery we spoke with three patients, who were visiting different dentists. Everyone was very complimentary about the staff team and told us their dental needs were appropriately met. They said they were able to make informed choices about their treatment and they felt staff were competent to do the job expected of them. We were told the dental practice was always clean and hygienic and those spoken with felt the business was consistently well managed.

Comments received included:

"The staff here genuinely care about their patients."

"They (the staff) really are on the ball."

"The dentist let me put my ear phones in, so I could listen to my music and then I couldn't here the noise of the drill. This helped me very much to calm my nerves."

"I have been coming here many years and continue to do so, even though I have moved away to another area. I wouldn't go to any other dentist. I am extremely satisfied with this service."
