During a routine inspection
People told us it was a welcoming and friendly practice. One person said, 'I was pleased with the service overall. They have been very good. I got an appointment quickly, the receptionist was polite on the phone, and my appointment was on time. They couldn't have done any better.'
People told us that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them. One person said, 'The dentist was very clear and polite, he asked if there was anything I was unsure of, or if I had any questions. He was very good.' Another person said, 'The dentist went through my options, he explained the risks and told me how much everything was before he did anything.'
All of the people we spoke with told us they were happy with the treatment they had received. One person told us, 'This practice is lovely, I've been really impressed. I'd give them 10 out of 10.' Another person said, 'I'm happy with the treatment I've received.'
