During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People told us they were happy with the care and treatments they had received. One person said, "It's a brilliant service. She's a pleasure to go to see. She'll always make sure I'm okay before I leave and that I know what I need to do once I'm home. She always says if I have any problems, just to call up and the reception will put me straight through to her."
Staff training was kept up to date so that staff could care for people safely and to an appropriate standard. We found people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and there was an effective system in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
