During a routine inspection
We found that patients were involved in their treatment and had information about treatment options and costs. Patients told us that staff were friendly and treated them with respect.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure patients' safety and welfare. Patients were given a treatment plan where a course of treatment was required. Patients told us they were happy with the treatment they received. There were effective arrangements in place to deal with emergencies.
There were robust procedures in place to make sure that patients were protected from the risk of abuse. We found that the provider had taken appropriate action when concerns had been identified.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. We observed that all parts of the Practice were visibly clean and well maintained.
Patients and staff were given opportunities to feedback comments and express any concerns. The provider took action to make improvements to the service where shortfalls had been identified.
