During a routine inspection
People said that the staff and the dentist' makes you feel at ease.' Another person said 'they explain things very well.'
They told us that they were given information about the fees at the beginning of their treatment as cost of treatment was a factor. People said that they had been coming to the same dentist since they were children. Two people said that the dentist was also used by their family and this was a good thing.
We were told that the staff were friendly, courteous and that they were always treated with respect and their privacy was maintained. They said they did not usually have to wait long for appointments. Following their visits appointments for treatment were relatively quick. They reported that the dental practice was clean and comfortable. One person told us that they did not have to go upstairs to the waiting room as the staff were 'very kind and accommodating' and could wait in the reception area.
