During a routine inspection

We found the dentists fully explained any necessary care and treatment with people to ensure they were fully informed before they signed to consent to treatment. We also found people's care and welfare was central to the care provided and people's risks were assessed and managed appropriately. We found the practice was visibly clean and the necessary decontamination standards were being met. We found staff were fully supported in their role and received adequate training and supervision. We found the provider had a sound complaints process and staff clearly understood the processes for managing complaints. The complaints process was also clearly brought to the attention of people who used the service.

We spoke with four people who used the service and all were positive about their experiences. People felt staff were polite and helpful and all care and treatments were well explained to them in good detail. One person commented they "were given plenty of time in surgery" and another person said "Risks about treatment had been clearly explained to them in the past".
