During a routine inspection
The dentist worked two days a week only. The dentist that shared the treatment room and staff were available on the day we visited.
We spoke with two people by telephone following the inspection and they were very positive about the service they received from the surgery. We were told the dentist was very good and patient. They had not experienced problems getting appointments even though the dentist only worked two days a week.
We saw that the practice was clean and well maintained. People we spoke with were satisfied with the standard of cleanliness.
We saw that records of qualifications, criminal record checks and professional registrations were up to date.
The dental surgery had not received a complaint but they told us they would be recorded and action would be taken to resolve them.
