During a routine inspection
People who use the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. One person said 'they are very informative, everything is explained before any treatment is given.'
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The provider was following the Department of Health guidelines for infection control and was working towards meeting best practice standards.
Staff received appropriate professional development in order to carry out their job roles effectively and meet the needs of the people using the service.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
