During a routine inspection
People spoken with told us they were given clear explanations about what treatment they required. We were told people were asked for their consent before treatment was provided. People were also given a choice of options for what treatment they would prefer. We saw evidence of this in people's records.
People who use the service told us they received a prompt delivery of care. They told us that they were able to make routine appointments easily. People told us if they required an emergency appointment, the practice usually provided this within 48 hours after their request was made.
