During a routine inspection
We were told that treatments were well explained and that the costs were made clear. People said that appointments could be made easily and that staff were friendly and helpful.
Because we were only able to speak with a small sample of people on the day, we spent time looking at patient feedback from questionnaires. We noted a number of positive comments, including "very professional", "extremely friendly" and "very reassuring".
People were treated in a clean and hygienic environment that followed relevant guidance. People using the service were protected in emergencies because staff were trained in first aid and had access to emergency medication.
